How Provitude works

Provitude connects the conversations, preparation and evidence that usually live in separate places. Everything below works with one account.

1. Community

Topic communities for career advice, interviews, résumés, pay and career changes. Upvote useful answers, save posts and follow topics. Useful questions can be escalated to an expert in one click.

2. Job leads

Members share links to genuine listings found elsewhere. Leads expire, can be reported, and trigger your job alerts.

3. Jobs from companies

Companies post roles directly on Provitude. Every listing shows pay, work arrangement and whether the company’s domain is verified, and links to practice for that role.

4. Proof Profiles

Instead of a keyword filter, applicants complete a short, role-specific challenge: six knowledge questions, a practical work sample and a reflection. Companies read the work, score it against published anchors, explain every score, and move the application through clear stages. You see the same feedback.

5. Interview practice

Choose a field, profession, experience level and focus; answer questions privately; get checklist or AI feedback; and track your progress over time.

6. Skill packs

Short practice quizzes with explanations across core and role-specific skills. Results are private unless you choose to show them on your profile, labelled as practice.

7. Preparation tools

STAR story builder, pitch timer, job description match, résumé bullet improver, cover-letter drafter, question bank and interview planner — each can start from a specific job.

8. Ask an expert

Questions answered by reviewed hiring managers and practitioners, independent of any application. Mark an answer helpful to guide others.

Talent discovery

Employers can browse people who switched on discovery and send a contact request. Contact details are shared only if the candidate accepts.

Principles

  • Private practice by default; public only by choice.
  • No universal employability score, no automatic rejection, no personality inference.
  • Votes measure usefulness, not qualification.
  • Clear labels for anything self-declared, unverified or AI-generated.
