Terms of use

The short version: be honest, respect people, and remember that practice feedback is not a hiring decision.

Last updated 24 September 2026

Draft terms for the early-access product. They must be reviewed by a lawyer in the operator’s jurisdiction before a public launch.

Using Provitude

  • You must be old enough to work in your country and to agree to these terms.
  • Keep your account secure and use one account per person. Company accounts must be operated by people authorised to hire for that company.
  • Follow the community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

Content you share

You keep ownership of what you write. You allow Provitude to display it to the audience you chose (for example, the community for a post, or one company for an application).

What Provitude is not

  • Practice packs, interview feedback and AI suggestions are learning aids, not validated assessments or hiring decisions.
  • Proof Profile challenges are short, unproctored exercises. Companies must read the work and explain their reviews; Provitude does not rank or reject people automatically.
  • Community job leads are shared by members and are not verified. Company listings show whether the company’s domain is verified.
  • Expert answers are opinions from experienced professionals, not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice.

Employers

Employers must post genuine vacancies, state pay honestly, comply with local employment and anti-discrimination law, never charge candidates, and use candidate data only for the role they applied to.

We will announce material changes on this page and by notification before they take effect.
